Nib Repair

This form helps us assess your nib’s condition and provide an initial diagnosis and accurate quote.

We’ll review your request and email you with a preliminary diagnosis, price estimate, and shipping instructions.

Carefully package your nib or pen (we recommend using padded packaging and tracked shipping).

Send it to the address provided in our reply.

Once we receive your pen, we’ll carry out the repair or grind.

If your nib has visible damage or requires major repair, we’ll send you a Nib Repair Report with detailed notes and photos of the work performed.

We’ll provide before-and-after photos and a summary of the repairs. You’ll be asked to review and approve the completed work before we return your pen.

Once you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the service, we’ll carefully package and ship your pen or nib back to you.
