 For pre-ground nibs purchased from Inkcision, a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) will be issued if the nib does not meet the buyer’s satisfaction. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must return the nib in its original condition, unused, and unaltered. Refunds will not be issued for nibs that have been altered or damaged after receipt.

In stock nibs will be shipped within 2 business days of order. Nibs that are not in stock can still be ordered, with a turn-around time of 1 week.

Free express shipping for orders $150 and higher (two nibs or more), within Australia

Delivery times depend on location and shipping method selected:

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days

Express shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days

International shipping is offered. Shipping times vary and will take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Note that any additional customs fees import taxes, or duties that may apply when the package arrives in the country would be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your order's status through the carrier's website.
